HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Homebuyers will be provided with 3.5% down payment assistance. No repayment is required and the debt is forgiven after 36 consecutive on-time payments.*

 *If for any reason there is a 30 day late payment within the first 36 months, the down payment must be repaid at a 0% interest rate over the term of the loan.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Anyone is eligible, but the minimum credit score must be 620 for down payment assistance.

WHAT TYPE OF MORTGAGE PRODUCT IS THIS?

This is an FHA loan program and all FHA requirements must be met. This is not a first time homebuyers program, although all first time buyers are welcome. Non-Occupant co-borrowers allowed.

EXAMPLES:

$100,000 mortgage – You will save $3,500.
$150,000 mortgage – You will save $5,250.
$200,000 mortgage – You will save $7,000.
$300,000 mortgage – You will save $10,500.
$400,000 mortgage – You will save $14,000.
